Working alongside the new owner, Chris Breakwell of 31st Street Studio in Pittsburgh, PA, he set me off to do the custom updates and improvements to the studio that lasted in and around movies. Framing new walls with 22 gauge 8" x 16' floor to ceiling open brick wall rustic wall office space. 

Very exciting and entertaining working alongside other directors, actors and stage builders.

Working for and with awbuilding owner to add new tenant bathrooms and offices. Completion of blueprint design, new office spaces now provides new business to the area.

Concrete demolition for plumbing, and floor concrete refinishing for the new steel buck down doors, were on new finished fire resistant walls, underneath the multilayered drop down ceiling. 

Working for and being a sub contractor for Rising Sun Inc. out of Virginia. I contracted into work at the inspector general office in Washington, DC working to instal multiple steel, buck down doors, double 5/8th fire resistant sheetrock, I was alongside employees of Department of Labor building. Framing new walls that require sound proof installation and tight fits. Floor to ceiling creating secure office zones. 

Commuting & working besides Brock of Brock Construction Group, Yogo Frozen Yogurt was created in Thorndale, PA. A commercial build out that flavored the taste of sweet creativity. Hard work pays off in the end.
